Pre Press
Being a Kodak certified partner, we use the latest Kodak Flexcel NX System to maximize the capability of digital flexo and offset plates in the press room. This leads to consistent, high quality prints with maximum on-press efficiency across the gamut of print applications.
Kodak Flexcel Imager
The Flexcel NX Imager enables plate making up to 31.5 x 42 inches, with a compact device footprint. Like all other imagers in the family, the Flexcel NX Imager utilizes proven Kodak squarespot Imaging Technology to deliver exceptional image quality.
Kodak Flexcel NX Laminator
The Flexcel NX Laminator is used to laminate the Thermal Imaging Layer to the Flexcel NX Plate prior to exposure and processing. While quick and simple, the lamination stage is critical because it removes all oxygen between the mask and the plate, allowing the creation of full-amplitude flat top dots.
Concept 201 C
Concept 201 C is a complete integrated unit which can manage the entire flexographic production cycle for plates of size up to 66x81cm (26x32b ): exposure, washing, drying and finishing.

We manufacture self-adhesive labels in roll form on our latest flexo-machines from Mark-Andy performance series, using online foil stamping, UV-screen and embossing enhancement techniques. This technology from Mark-Andy redefines workflow productivity by ensuring less wastage and efficient job changeovers.

Finishing
